Tiger, Just Give Us the Real Scoop

Tiger, Just Give Us the Real Scoop

After the well publicized accident that occurred in his own driveway, there have been many questions surrounding the state of affairs in Tiger Woods’ private life.

But regardless of what is reported about the events on the day after Thanksgiving, the photos may reveal something that we don’t know about about the golfing legend-in-the-making.

The type of accident sustained by Woods is, what I would term, and aggravated accident.  It is not truly an accident by nature, because I don’t believe Woods had all of his faculties available at the time of the crash.

Just think about it – we’re talking about a guy who can control one of the smallest balls in sports (golf ball) by using another instrument (golf club)…all while battling the elements.  Certainly, Woods could manage to keep a car from crashing into a tree.  Both the car and the trees are millions of time larger than the devices that he’s made zillions of dollars controlling.

What am I saying?

Well, there’s many things that could have affected his judgment, timing and/or attitude at 2:25 in the morning.  And while I’m not  suggesting that I know what did, I am suggesting that we all know that something did.

So, Tiger released his statement today regarding the incident on Friday morning.  For a figure as high profile as Woods, his vague description surrounding the details of the accident is expected.  However, a break from the routine mega-star procedure would be more sincere and accepted by the media and fans alike.

While we all appreciate Woods for his professionalism, I’d ask him to treat us like adults and just give us the real scoop.

What really precipitated Tiger Woods' car crash?
