Well, now we can all see why D-Wade was looking to upgrade his – eh-hem – better half. After all of the drama that Siohvaughn Wade has put her husband (and the kids) through, she fails to show up for the divorce hearing.

Because of that, the judge has ordered deputies to take her into custody. She’ll have to pay a $10K bail to be released. According to Judge Marya Nega, Siohvaughn has a habit of disappearing when things aren’t going to her liking. For her sake, perhaps she could stay missing to avoid going to the pen.

Due to the development, as well as Siohvaughn Wade’s contentious behavior throughout the case, there’s a good chance that Dwayne may end up with custody of their two kids.

Based on the limited information that is known, I would say that would be a good deal for the kids.
