Wade Welcomes Bosh to Miami

Bosh and Wade have agreed to join forces in South Beach.

A day before LeBron James makes his announcement regarding his destination, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh put an end to the speculation surrounding their landing spots.

Their next stop:  South Beach.

Bosh will join forces with Wade giving the Miami Heat a power tandem in the tough Eastern Conference.  While the financial details are still not finalized (Will Bosh get max money via a sign-and-trade? Or will he and Wade each accept less than max money?), two league sources have confirmed their agreement to play together for the Heat.

The formal announcement will be made later this afternoon.

Now, everyone awaits the big announcement from James.

Along with this comes a boatload of questions that Miami will need to address:

- Who will be recruited to man the pivot with Bosh around?  Will Miami turn to Jermaine O’Neal to work alongside Bosh once again?

- Can Michael Beasley move his feet quick enough defensively to play the small forward position on a regular basis?  Will Beasley still be able to score against more mobile defenders?

- Or will the third-year player be part of a sign-and-trade for Bosh?

- Is there even a remote possibility that King James joins them?

The Heat’s roster is extremely bare at the moment, so it’s difficult to make any hard and fast predictions.

Stay tuned - things are just getting warmed up…
