Personally, I wouldn’t. But after seeing the 3rd slow mo replay, he did catch Dalembert pretty good with that People’s elbow. I think it was right that he got suspended for swinging (and connecting). They say the hand is part of the ball, and in this case, the hand is part of the forearm that’s connected to the elbow that clocked dalembert.
