LeBron and Joakim Noah Exchange Pleasantries

I'll bet LeBron James and Joakim Noah can't wait to see each other again on the court.

In case you didn’t hear about it, on Friday night there was a rather light-hearted exchange between Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah and Cleveland Cavaliers’ super-stud LeBron James.

Well, maybe not so light-hearted.

The confrontation occurred with the games’ outcome firmly in hand as the Cavs were trouncing their Central Division foes by almost 20 points at the Q.  With only 6 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter, LeBron James was shooting a pair of free throws when Noah could be seen blatantly shouting something to James.

Here’s the footage:

Now, everybody has there take on LeBron’s dancing.  Some think it’s excessive, but some think it’s OK to be a crowd-pleaser and have fun.  Apparently, Noah let James know exactly what side he was on.

But if you on the side of enjoying LeBron’s celebrations, you have to appreciate all of the other celebrations – from Ochocinco’s antics to Terrell Owens’ endzone routines.  Enjoying one while not appreciating the others would pretty much seem to be hypocritical.  They’re either all fun or all degrading to the opposition.

As for the different opinions about whether he should be doing it or not, it really doesn’t matter.  Every individual is unique and the fact that we are even discussing this means that James is a special talent – one who is worthy of this kind of debate.

And at the same time, it should tell us that his talent and performance are beyond reproach.  After all, if you’re already branded as arguably the best player in the league…how much better can you get?
